1.2 Return Timeframe

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery (not order date). The return period is calculated as:

  • Start Date: The day your parcel is delivered (as per tracking confirmation)
  • End Date: 30 calendar days from delivery date
  • Postmark Date: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days; actual return postmark can be up to 5 days later

1.3 Eligible Return Reasons

You can return products for the following reasons:

  • You simply changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size or quantity

2. Return Conditions

2.1 Product Condition Requirements

For a return to be accepted, products must be:

  • Unopened: Original packaging must be intact and unopened (unless faulty/damaged)
  • Unused: Product must not have been installed, tested, or used in any way
  • Original Condition: All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included
  • Resaleable: Product must be in a condition suitable for resale as new

  • Products that have been installed or used (even briefly)
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products that show signs of wear or use

2.2 Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase:

  • Order number (from confirmation email)
  • Email address used for the order
  • Copy of invoice or receipt (if available)

2.3 Photo Evidence (For Faulty/Damaged Items)

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must provide:

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of the product packaging (showing damage if applicable)
  • Photos of the product label/barcode
  • Photos showing the issue (e.g., broken blade, bent frame)

3. How to Return

3.1 Step-by-Step Return Process

    • Attach photos if the product is faulty or damaged
  2. Await Return Authorization
    • We will review your request within 1-2 business days
    • You will receive a return authorization email with instructions

  3. Receive Return Label (If Applicable)
    • For faulty/incorrect items: We will email you a prepaid return label
    • For change-of-mind: You arrange and pay for your own return postage
    • Print the return label (if provided) and attach it to the parcel
  4. Pack the Product
    • Place the product back in its original packaging
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and inserts
    • Use sufficient padding to protect the product during transit
    • Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel
  5. Drop Off at Post Office
    • Take the parcel to your nearest Australia Post office or parcel locker
    • Get a receipt with tracking number (for your records)
    • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed
  6. Track Your Return
    • Track the return parcel using Australia Post tracking
    • We will receive and inspect the product within 5-7 business days
    • You will receive a confirmation email once we receive the return
  7. Refund Processing

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, product, or variation:

  1. Return the unwanted product following our return process
  2. Receive your refund (5-10 business days)
  3. Place a new order for the correct product

5.2 Exceptions (Faulty Products)

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper installation, damage from accidents, environmental damage

7.2 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  3. We will assess your warranty claim within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery to your address. However, if a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post before delivery, we will send a replacement at no cost.

8.2 Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

8.3 Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ sets), different return terms may apply. Contact us before placing large orders to discuss terms.
